Enrollment & Lottery Process
-
We are tuition free with the exception of our PK program where we have a sliding scale tuition based upon your Meal Application status.
-
Uniforms, school supplies, Meals, before and after care (BAC), field trips and student activities.
-
We fill our enrollment through a lottery-based system.
Premier Charter Shcool uses SchoolMint to receive and manage applications and to administer the selection process.
-
A: Yes, we have a waitlist and open spots do fill up fast.
Your child will be on the waiting list as long as you do not withdraw the application. Everyone on the waiting list will have equal opportunity in any future lotteries with the exception of sibling preferences which are moved to the top of the list. However, applications do not carry over from school year to school year.
If your child does not receive an offer of admission, you will need to fill out a new application in December of next year.
-
A: We suggest families leave their child’s name in the lottery.
The application is good for the entire school year you are applying for and we will occasionally have to fill spots as the school year progresses, which results in another lottery.
At this point, it means exactly that, Only 1 of your children has been offered a spot.
However, if you accept the admission and fully register the first child, your other child will have sibling preference for any subsequent lotteries. The chances of your other child getting pulled in a future lottery is now significantly higher because of the sibling preference.
